How to Watch the UFL

The UFL is spring football's home in the US — and its TV setup is refreshingly simple: two broadcast families, all on channels most fans already have.

Where the UFL airs

The United Football League is a joint venture of FOX and ESPN, and its games air across their networks: FOX and FS1 on the FOX side, and ABC, ESPN and ESPN2 on the Disney side. Because FOX and ABC are broadcast networks, a large share of the schedule is free over the air with an antenna; the ESPN and FS1 games stream through any live-TV service that carries those channels, plus the ESPN app.

The league

The UFL was formed in 2024 from the merger of the XFL and the USFL and fields eight teams: the Birmingham Stallions, Michigan Panthers, DC Defenders, St. Louis Battlehawks, Houston Roughnecks, San Antonio Brahmas, Arlington Renegades and Memphis Showboats. It plays a spring schedule — roughly late March through a June championship — filling the gap between the Super Bowl and the college and NFL seasons.

When's the next season?

The 2026 UFL season has concluded. The league's next season returns in spring; once its schedule and TV windows are announced, every game will appear on our full schedule with its channel and kickoff in your local time. Until then, this page is your reference for where UFL football lives.
